Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu standards.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company expectations.
Plan and organize kitchen operations efficiently.
Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory control.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
Follow food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
Supervise kitchen assistants and support staff (if required).
Ensure timely preparation and service of meals.
